Privacy
First Europe Trip uses no profiling cookies and no tracking or advertising tools. The only place where it asks for personal data is the form on the Contact page, which is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. The typefaces are hosted on our own server, so the other pages make no requests to third-party services.
Data controller
Alessandro Moretti, Via dei Gelsomini 18, 40127 Bologna (BO), Italy.
Technical data
Like every website, the server and the network that protects it record technical data about each request (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) for as long as is needed to keep the service running and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site working and safe (Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). This data is not used to profile visitors and is not passed to third parties, except where the law requires it.
Contact form
If you write through the Contact page, your name, email address and message reach the controller by email and are used only to read your message and reply. Legal basis: your request (Article 6(1)(b)). The site keeps no copy of messages; emails received are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, and are never used for newsletters or passed to third parties. To limit spam, the server keeps an anonymous hourly count of submissions (an irreversible fingerprint of the IP address, without the message).
Google reCAPTCHA (Contact page only)
To protect the form from spam, the Contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA v3, a Google service. When you open that page and send the form, reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and browser (for example IP address, browsing data on the page and Google cookies) to judge whether the message comes from a person or an automated program. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Article 6(1)(f)). The data is processed by Google, including outside the European Union, under its privacy policy and terms of service. reCAPTCHA is not loaded on the other pages of the site.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its processing, or object to it (Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR), by writing to the controller at the address above or through the Contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the authority of the EU country where you live or work.
